Registered Psychologist in Surrey Hills, Melbourne
A space to understand
yourself and grow
Evidence-based psychology for individuals and couples across Melbourne's eastern suburbs. Medicare, NDIS, TAC, and WorkCover accepted.
Psychology that meets you where you are
I'm Linnea Reddie, a registered psychologist with over 15 years of experience working with adults, teenagers, and couples across Melbourne's eastern suburbs. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each person I work with.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, experiencing relationship difficulties, recovering from a workplace injury, or simply wanting to understand yourself better, therapy can be a meaningful space for that.
I draw on evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, Mindfulness, and the Gottman Method, tailoring these to ensure therapy feels practical, supportive, and relevant to you.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step. I aim to make it as comfortable and approachable as possible.
