Psychology Services in Melbourne — Vine Psychology, Surrey Hills
A space to heal, grow, and find your way forward
Whatever brings you here, you don't need to have it all figured out. I work with adults, teenagers, and couples across a wide range of presentations, offering therapy that is warm, evidence-based, and tailored to you.
What we can work through
A calm, thoughtful space to navigate emotional, relational, and life challenges. I work with adults, teenagers (15+), individuals, and couples in Surrey Hills and online across Melbourne and Australia. My approach is tailored to each person, evidence-based, warm, and focused on what's most useful for you.
Anxiety & Panic
Anxiety is one of the most common presentations in psychology and one of the most treatable. Whether you're experiencing persistent worry, panic attacks, social anxiety, or health anxiety, therapy can help you understand what's driving it and build practical strategies to manage it day to day.
I use CBT and ACT, two of the most well-researched approaches for anxiety, to help reduce the grip it has on your daily life.
Depression
Depression affects far more than mood. It can drain your motivation, disrupt your sleep, strain your relationships, and make everyday tasks feel impossible. If you've been feeling low, flat, or disconnected, even if you can't quite explain why, therapy can be a meaningful starting point.
I work with depression using CBT and behavioural approaches that help you gradually rebuild engagement, identify unhelpful thought patterns, and reconnect with what matters to you.
Relationships & Couples Therapy
All relationships go through difficult periods. If you and your partner are struggling with communication, recurring conflict, emotional distance, or trust issues, couples therapy can help you find a way forward.
I use the Gottman Method, one of the most extensively researched approaches to couples therapy, which focuses on building understanding, improving communication, and strengthening the foundation of a relationship.
Postnatal Depression & Perinatal Mental Health
The transition to parenthood is significant and, for many people, harder than expected. I work with postnatal depression, perinatal anxiety, and the emotional complexity of new parenthood.
You don't need a clinical diagnosis to benefit from support during this time. If you're struggling with the adjustment, feeling overwhelmed, or simply not feeling like yourself, reaching out is the right move.
ADHD
An ADHD diagnosis, whether new or longstanding, can bring both clarity and challenge. I offer neurodivergent-affirming support that focuses on building on your strengths, navigating daily challenges, and developing practical strategies for focus, emotional regulation, and managing relationships at home and work.
Grief & Loss
Grief is one of the most universal human experiences, but also one of the most isolating. Whether you've lost someone close to you, experienced a significant life change, or are grieving something less tangible, therapy can be a place to process that without rushing it.
Stress, Burnout & Life Transitions
Burnout, overwhelm, career changes, relationship changes, relocation, and major life transitions can all take a significant toll on your mental health, even when they're changes you chose. Therapy can help you slow down, make sense of what's happening, and find a way through.
Workplace Injury & WorkCover
Workplace injuries, including psychological injuries, can have a significant impact on your mental health. Whether you've experienced burnout, a traumatic incident at work, or are managing the stress of a compensation claim, psychological support can make a real difference to your recovery.
Vine Psychology is an approved WorkCover provider. Sessions are billed directly to your insurer. No out-of-pocket cost. Please have your claim number and authorisation from your case manager ready when booking.
TAC - Transport Accident Commission
If you've been involved in a transport accident and are experiencing psychological symptoms as a result, including anxiety, PTSD, depression, or sleep difficulties, you may be eligible for psychology sessions funded by the TAC.
Vine Psychology is a TAC-approved provider. Sessions are billed directly to the Transport Accident Commission on your behalf.
